(Reuters) -An escaped murder suspect and the woman corrections officer who allegedly assisted him crack out of an Alabama jail ended up taken into custody on Monday in Indiana and the officer later on died just after taking pictures herself, authorities said.

Casey White, the 38-yr-previous inmate, surrendered immediately after the Ford F-150 pickup truck he and Vicky White had been in crashed adhering to a pursuit by federal law enforcement officers in Indiana, Sheriff Rick Singleton of Lauderdale County, Alabama, explained.
